Our client, an international freight forwarding and logistics company, is now looking for a Sales Executive to join their office in Warsaw. The company has been providing freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs clearance services since the 1960s and continues to keep a stable position in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Securing new leads and new accounts
- Maintaining and developing existing accounts
- Consistently increasing gross profit and achieving targets
- Providing a high level of internal and external customer care
- Providing customers with accurate and cost-effective quotations
- Following up on customers in a timely and professional manner

Proficiency requirements:
- Any related bachelor’s degree
- Strong organization skills and proven precision are required in quotation elaboration
- Understanding of incoterms and their application to the transportation cost structure for import & export operations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in working with targets and deadlines
- Experience in using digital pricing tools and internal pricing platforms
- Familiar and flexible in using CRM, Microsoft office tools
- Advanced English level
Location:
- Warsaw + travel to clients
