Our client, an international freight forwarding and logistics company, is now looking for a Sales Executive to join their office in Warsaw. The company has been providing freight forwarding, warehousing, and customs clearance services since the 1960s and continues to keep a stable position in the market.


  • Securing new leads and new accounts
  • Maintaining and developing existing accounts
  • Consistently increasing gross profit and achieving targets
  • Providing a high level of internal and external customer care
  • Providing customers with accurate and cost-effective quotations
  • Following up on customers in a timely and professional manner

Proficiency requirements:

  • Any related bachelor’s degree
  • Strong organization skills and proven precision are required in quotation elaboration
  • Understanding of incoterms and their application to the transportation cost structure for import & export operations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in working with targets and deadlines
  • Experience in using digital pricing tools and internal pricing platforms
  • Familiar and flexible in using CRM, Microsoft office tools
  • Advanced English level
