Credit Control Specialist

Job Overview

We are currently looking for a candidate to fill the position of a Credit Control Specialist for the Prague branch of our client, an international freight forwarding and logistics company. Do you enjoy working in the field of finance and debt management? Can you respond quickly and come up with smart solutions? At the position of Credit Control Specialist you would be repsonsible for efficiently managing collections of all customer invoices within credit terms while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

About the role

  • Proactive communication with clients abroad to verify payment of unpaid invoices
  • Providing information on further steps and advice
  • Ensuring the control and monitoring of receivables in the system
  • Managing open items including overdue claims
  • Preparing and sending of reminders
  • Check inconsistencies in invoices
  • Reporting
